AC Kids - Serving Application
We are so glad that you have taken an interest in joining the AC Kids Crew at All Church! Serving on this team is not a small commitment, but we have so much fun serving and growing together! Our desire is to find those who are caring, compassionate, and willing to commit the time and energy needed to help mentor and nurture the children in AC Kids each week. We take the responsibility of leading and engaging with the children of All Church seriously.
First and foremost, at All Church we believe that serving is a form of worship (Romans 12:1). We are looking for those who are also passionate about living a lifestyle of worship and leading others by that example. God desires worship that comes from a place of truth and from the deepest part of who we are. We truly believe in holding a high standard of excellence.
To effectively engage with kids, we need reliable and truly passionate people to show up for our families each week. As a team that holds the safety and trust of our parents and kids, we ask that you please consider these important factors before filling out your application:

- Review any curriculum ahead of time that you need to know or present for the morning.
- Be able to be flexible and sub for others as some may do for you.
- Be a team player and champion other volunteers and children.
- Be able to show the love of Jesus to parents and kids through your words, actions and attitude.
- Attend trainings (about once a year), group family events, be open to serving at either Christmas or Easter, as these are very busy times in AC Kids.

AC Kids Role Descriptions
New Family Guide - (serves 15 mins before the gathering until family check in is over.)
- Our New Family Guides work to remove all obstacles and barriers in families feeling welcome at All Church. As New Family Guides help first time families check in, they are a wealth of knowledge and oftentimes the first friendly face people meet at All Church!
Nursery Crew - (Infant-1 year old)
- Here we welcome our littlest AC Kids, babies who are 6 weeks or older. You will find babies being cuddled, crawling, playing, and learning to walk. We care for and pray over these little ones, creating an environment children feel safe in, while parents have the opportunity to attend the worship gathering. (Must be 18 years old to serve in the Nursery)
Toddler 1 Crew - (1 year olds)
- This room cares for our little ones once they turn a year old. It is in this space our AC toddlers discover God's love through play and our Crew’s intentional care. We introduce toddler worship songs in this room as we begin to build a foundation of expressing God’s love for them.
Toddler 2 Crew - (2 year olds)
- All children who are two years old will spend their Sunday mornings here until they are 3 and potty trained! It is in this space our AC toddlers discover God's love through play and our Crew’s intentional care. Toddlers will also learn introductory Bible lessons as well as engage in age appropriate praise and worship songs.
Preschool Crew - (3 & potty trained)
- Once children are three years old and potty trained he/she will join in on the fun in this classroom! Children are in this room until they enter Kindergarten. Through play, song, and story, children are taught one of our 12 Biblical Simple Truths each month.
Worship Leader
- Our worship team sets the stage and brings the energy each week! Through song, dance, and praise our kids learn songs with truths they can proclaim over and over, week after week! Our leaders serve at all three gatherings every 6-8 weeks.
Team Lead (must be a junior in high school to lead)
- Elementary Leaders welcome children, build relationships, and engage with the kids throughout large group worship and story. After the large group story, Small Group Leaders will lead age-specific small groups through discussion and activities where children dig deeper into one of our 12 Biblical Simple Truths. (Lower Elementary: K-2nd, Upper Elementary: 3rd-5th)
Team Lead Assistant
- Assists Team Leads and serves as extra hands during crafts and activities. Helps manage group behavior and engages with children. (Suitable for Middle School & High School ages.)
Tech
- This important role ensures our Hosts and Worship leaders are set up for success and that smooth transitions occur from behind the tech booth, limiting distractions for children to best engage with worship and story. All training is done in-house.
Curriculum Prep Team
- This team digs deep into our curriculum, preparing materials, and setting our Sunday mornings up for success for activities to be ready to go!
Weekly Task Team
- For those that are looking for ways to help outside of Sunday mornings, our weekly task team helps to reset, stock, and prepare our kids space for the next week. They help organize, switch over curriculum, and take inventory of needs for our kids during the week!
