AC Students - Rooted Serving Form

To maintain excellence and ensure trust among students and parents, please carefully consider these expectations before applying:

Attend team meetings when applicable.
Actively engage with students, lead small groups, and give your best on Wednesday nights.
Connect with students and parents through out the entire week. Not just on Wednesdays.
Arrive 30 minutes early to review the night's plan and pray together.
Prepare by reviewing any curriculum in advance.
Champion fellow volunteers and students as a supportive team member.
Reflect Christ’s love through your words, actions, and attitude.
Be prepared to assist with any supportive tasks such as set-up, clean-up, and games.
Agree to a background check (18+).
Sign the AC student crew member agreement.

There are different ways that you can serve on the AC Students team. Check the top two boxes that interest you.

Junior High Small Group Leader - Facilitates, mentors and leads a particular age group through content and questions.

High school Small Group Leader - Facilitates, mentors and leads a particular age group through content and questions.

Activities Coordinator - Creates and facilitates activities for students (games, skits and free time).

Worship & Production - Participates and assists in leading worship under the Rooted Worship Leader.

Large Group Teaching - Participates and leads large group messages under AC Student Director.

Set Up & Tear Down - Assists or organizes the setting up and cleaning up of activities or any messes made.

Security - Facilitates lobby and grounds security during Rooted (7pm-9pm).

Social Media Team - Assists Social Media Team Leader with content and posting on a monthly schedule.

Junior or Senior High Flow Coordinator - Makes sure the night stays running smoothly and on time. Point person next to Director.
