Exceptions: *Parking Team: serves across all worship gatherings for one full month at a time, typically following a rotation of one month on, two months off.

AC Connect Team

AC Connect Team members serve as the main source of information, at the Connect Desk in the lobby, on Sunday mornings, helping guests with event registration, merch purchases, and connections. This team is stationed  in the Lobby during the gathering, they assist late arrivals and those stepping out, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience. Team members can attend the gathering they are not serving at, as they're required to stay in the Lobby during the duration of the service.

Church Merch Design Team

The Church Merch Team helps create merch, giving our church a fun and meaningful way to represent their faith and share it with others in our city. The Design Team focuses on creating eye-catching merch that sparks conversations and builds connections. Most of the work for this team happens outside of Sunday mornings; because of this many of our Merch crew members also serve on Sunday mornings in a different capacity.

Coffee Team

The Coffee Crew brings the energy (and caffeine!) to every gathering, creating a warm and welcoming space for everyone. You’ll brew and set up coffee and tea essentials, making sure there’s plenty available for the worship gatherings throughout the morning. It’s a fun and essential role that fuels our church family – one cup at a time!

Communion Team

The Communion Team is essential for facilitating a meaningful communion experience. They set up the elements and ensure everything is stocked and ready before the service. During communion, team members monitor the table to restock elements as needed, inviting everyone to reflect and unite in this sacred moment.

Greeter Team

Greeters warmly welcome and engage guests throughout the building and near entry/exit points, creating a friendly first impression. They anticipate needs, offer assistance, and are empowered to step away from their posts to personally guide guests to their destinations. Greeters are encouraged to go the extra mile, finding creative ways to make everyone feel valued and at home.

Parking Team

Our Parking Team is the first point of contact for guests, creating a safe and welcoming environment from the moment they arrive. This team helps keep traffic flowing smoothly, directs first-time guests to designated parking, and ensures everyone exits safely after the service. Parking Team members serve across all the gatherings each Sunday, for one full month at a time; typically following a rotation of one month on, two months off.

Seeker Team

The Seeker Team is intentional about finding and connecting with individuals who seem alone, unsure, or standing off to the side. They actively walk the Lobby and auditorium before, during, and after service, looking for opportunities to engage. By offering a warm welcome, answering questions, and introducing guests to others, they help ensure everyone feels seen, valued, and connected—creating the best possible worship experience.

Usher Team

Ushers help create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere in the auditorium before, during, and after the gathering. They enhance the worship experience by greeting guests, assisting with seating, noting the number of attendees, collecting in-person giving, distributing communion, and supporting special offerings. Their presence ensures a smooth and meaningful experience for everyone. This is normally a fast paced role!

You will arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled gathering time to huddle as a team.  We huddle in the cove area in the lobby, in front of the admin offices.  You will then be released about 15 minutes prior to the gathering start time, to serve in your role.

If you can only serve at one gathering time, please select that time again.
